His twenty years of project management experience has enabled him to lead complex projects from vision to launch in both staff and consulting roles. Scott’s past experience includes consulting with Fortune 500 clients American Express and Philip Morris International on numerous digital workplace engagements. His project management experience includes roles as a senior leader at the Metropolitan Opera and at a large start up in the insurance industry. With an MBA and a BS in Labor Relations, Scott has the ability to analyze challenges from an employee perspective and provide innovative opportunities for change.
