Kate St. Cyr is the Director of Client Experience and Operations at Integral, where she leads both client and internal operations. She began her career as a professional ballerina developing discipline, precision, and performance excellence and later transitioned into business earning her MBA. With more than a decade of experience in operations, Kate brings a blend of operational rigor and creative problem-solving to building processes, supporting teams, and creating thoughtful experiences for clients and colleagues alike. She believes strong operations are the foundation that allow people and ideas to do their best work.

Invisibility — making things run behind the scenes.
