Understanding and improving the experience of work is the “why” behind Integral. It’s also the reason we created the Integral Index, now in its fourth year. The Index is our annual study of 2,000 US employees that gives us — and you — insight into the state of the workplace and how employees feel about it.
We conduct our study every year in partnership with The Harris Poll, with the added insight of Rita Men, Ph.D., APR, who helped to craft the study and analyze the resulting data. Dr. Men is a Professor in the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida and Director of the Internal Communications Research Hub.
