During a two to four week engagement, Integral will provide a thorough review of your current governance organization and processes. We conduct steering committee and program manager workshops as well as a review of the digital workplace strategy to understand current state.

We work with your digital workplace team to develop recommendations for a new governance program management structure. This can include realignment or creation of the steering committee, a strong program management team and organization and role definition for the governance team.

We also review and make recommendations on the processes needed for managing the intranet, email solutions and other elements of the digital workplace.
