This year told a bigger story about work: not the one in headlines, but the one in the gaps between what leaders believe and what employees feel. Our 2025 Index made those gaps visible: values alignment can foretell how organizations behave, managers can fuel the engine of trust, and mid-career talent has quietly become the AI-power users who shape how work gets done…and how it will get done.
As the communications landscape evolves, Carolina Mata has defined what comes next. Her latest blog challenges “best practice” thinking and offers a forward-looking view on trust, managers, and AI. We’re also proud (but not surprised!) to celebrate her recognition as a 2026 Ragan Top Women in Communications honoree, acknowledging leadership that creates space for others to lead.
We’re overjoyed to celebrate Tom Martin, a communications industry leader and longtime advocate for mentorship, on receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award. As a Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations, Ethan had the honor of presenting the recognition at IPR’s annual gala. Also, as Ethan steps into roles as Chair of Page Up and to the Board of The New School for Social Research, Integral gains new tools to shape the future of work .
Grounded in empathy, we lead, communicate, and create impact alongside our clients. We’re honored by this recognition for our agency and for our colleague, Haley Self. Haley reflects on her Rising Star award and what Integral’s Agency of the Year moment means to our team.
As we wrap up the year, we’d like to thank you for being part of this work with us, the honest conversations, the momentum, and the possibility. We’re proud to celebrate moments of growth within our team, including Jaliah Robinson’s recent promotion to Client Manager 🤩 We wish you all the warmth, rest, and whatever version of joy you need most. See you in the new year!
