Thinking about upgrading your intranet or other components of your digital workplace? It is critical to understand your current and future needs to deliver the right level of communications and engagement to your organization. We partner with you in a series of discovery exercises that help us understand your stakeholder and employee needs. During these workshops, focus groups and through surveys, we reveal what is currently working well and where there are opportunities for change.

At the conclusion of an Integral discovery engagement, our clients are in a strong position to move to the next phase of meeting with vendors to more thoroughly discuss their prioritized requirements. We can begin to narrow down your vendor options, move to contract or make decisions about upgrade versus replace and then begin the implementation.

About the discovery process

Over a six to twelve week engagement, our team will conduct a series of stakeholder workshops to surface the platform strengths and challenges in achieving communication and engagement strategic objectives. Using employee focus groups and survey data, we are able to further our understanding on the needs and challenges from the end user population. All of this information is synthesized into a detailed requirements document. These requirements are then prioritized by the project team, creating a set of key needs specific to your organization.

The final deliverable for this engagement is a list of recommended vendors that meet or exceed your needs. Integral has experience with many intranet, email, collaboration and digital signage vendors and a long history of working with and implementing a variety of solutions. This includes Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Staffbase, Unily, Workvivo, Firstup, Lumapps, Interact, Poppulo, and a host of other platforms.

Ensure and elevate your employees’ ability to do their job by collaborating, communicating and connecting with others in the digital workplace.
