At Integral, we want to take this moment to recognize two exceptional Integralistas with Hispanic Heritage: Carolina Mata and Priscilla Rios both proud Ecuadorians, whose contributions continue to shape our culture in meaningful ways.
They bring their whole selves to work daily, sharing their unique views, stories, talents, passions, food, and music.
We are incredibly grateful to have them as part of the Integral family.
Carolina Mata, VP of employee Communication at Integral and resident energy restorer, helps companies transform their cultures and build strong connections between leadership and employees. Her full set of skills keeps everything and everyone running smoothly.
Priscilla Rios, Creative Associate at Integral, brings her crafty thinking and Jedi energy to every design project, leaving a lasting impression on all of us.

Carolina made this event possible by turning her talents inward making our Integral off-site an employee experience to remember. As an event creator, organizer, and facilitator extraordinaire, she even hosted an unforgettable murder mystery game night. She was the star of the off-site, bringing people together, creating fun activities, and keeping the energy high. When Carolina’s in charge, everyone is guaranteed a good time.
Pricilla blew everyone’s mind with her wicked skills in light saber wielding, bringing us together for an unforgettable training exercise. You’ll also see a glimpse of Pricilla’s extraordinary cosplay and costume design talents during the murder mystery event, where she won the BEST COSTUME award!
