We’re excited to announce the promotion of two standout team members who embody Integral’s values and vision for the future.
Carolina Mata has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Employee Communications. As a seasoned executive and leadership coach, Carolina brings decades of experience leading transformative communications at major companies like IBM, Whirlpool, and Activision Blizzard. She’s known for her people-first approach, innovative thinking and commitment to helping leaders bring their best selves to work.
“I’ve spent decades in the trenches building teams that people actually want to be part of,” said Carolina. “I want us to think differently about how we solve problems and create value that our clients can’t get anywhere else.”
Haley Self has been promoted to Senior Manager of Strategy. After starting as an intern in 2023, Haley has quickly grown into a strategic leader known for her creativity, storytelling expertise and ability to craft meaningful, purpose-driven campaigns across sectors like tech, finance, and luxury retail.
“It’s been a privilege to grow at Integral,” said Haley. “This next chapter is all about creating even more meaningful employee experiences around the world.”
