Taylor Shawver
Co-Founder & Board Member
As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Integral, Taylor plays an active advisory role in shaping the firm’s long-term vision and strategic direction. In partnership with Integral’s CEO, she helped build Integral from the ground up and remains deeply invested in its continued growth, leadership, and impact.
With a background in public relations and organizational strategy, Taylor brings a systems-level lens to how organizations communicate, operate, and evolve. Her work has long centered on helping leaders translate strategy into action through strong client relationships, thoughtful facilitation, and clear, honest communication.
Over the years, Taylor has partnered with 20+ clients across industries including beauty, fashion, finance, technology, healthcare, nonprofit, and management consulting. Her approach focuses on aligning employees to strategy and culture, improving ways of working, and removing barriers that slow teams down – all in the service of driving joy at work and, in turn, delivering business results.
Taylor was named a Rising Star by both Ragan Top Women in Communications Rising Star and PRNEWS Top Women Awards in 2022, completed the Page Future Leaders program, serves on the Advisory Council for the Department of Communication at the College of Charleston, and is a board member for Egg & Spoon Theatre Collective.
In 2026, Taylor transitioned from her full-time SVP role at Integral to pursue a career in law and currently serves as a Public Defender in Stamford, CT. She continues to support Integral as a Board Member and active advisor as the firm continues to grow and evolve.
